The Board of Directors of the Bui Power Authority (BPA) held its 70th Board meeting and the first meeting for the year at the Bui Generating Station (BGS) on Saturday, March 11, 2023.
The meeting concluded with an inspection of two ongoing projects by the seven (7) member board.
The Deputy Director in charge of Dam Studies and Engineering Development, Ing. Ato Ankoh led the Board on an inspection of a new staff accommodation being constructed.
The Board also visited the ongoing installation of the additional 4MWp Floating Solar Plant on the Bui Reservoir. The Director in charge of Renewable, Mr. Wisdom Ahiataku-Togobo informed the Board members that the expansion project should be completed and connected to the national grid by the end of July 2023.
