Bui Power Authority (BPA) has been honoured with two distinguished awards at the 5th National Governance & Business Leadership Awards 2025, held on Friday, 29th August 2025, at the Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City, Accra.
The BPA Legal Team were winners in the following categories:
- Top Corporate Legal Leader of the Year (Renewable)
- Legal Team of the Year (Energy Sector Compliance and Governance)
These honours highlight the team’s outstanding contributions to legal excellence, compliance, and corporate governance in Ghana’s energy sector. Receiving the awards on behalf of the Authority were Franklin Nana Addai, Head of the Legal Department, along with Miriam Wuaku and Franklina Arthur, both from the Legal Department.
Organized by the General Counsel & Corporate Legal Leadership Awards Africa, the annual event celebrates excellence in governance, compliance, and leadership across diverse sectors. It continues to set the benchmark for good governance in Africa, honouring organizations that exemplify integrity, innovation, and ethical leadership.
