Franklin Nana Addai is a Corporate Lawyer with relevant experience in Corporate Law and Governance. He has worked with Bui Power Authority since 2010 and currently heads the Legal & Board Secretariat.

A member of the Ghana Bar Association, Mr. Addai graduated from the University of Ghana with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Psychology. He later acquired an LLB from the University of London and a BL from the Ghana School of Law. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Corporate Governance and Leadership from the University of Ghana and an Executive MBA from Kwame Nkrumah University Science and Technology.

In 2019 he was appointed as the Board Secretary of Nuclear Power Ghana, an affiliate of Bui Power Authority.
