Maxmillian Acquah’s professional journey spans over two decades, showcasing a rich tapestry of experience and achievement. Starting as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at Bui Power Authority in 2009, Max steadily rose through diverse roles within the organization, leaving an indelible mark across four departments: Engineering Services, Finance, Estate, and Planning Monitoring & Evaluation.

His role during the implementation and commissioning of the Bui Hydroelectric Project highlighted his prowess in contract administration, adeptness in tariff negotiations, and strategic leadership. Max not only ensured the project’s success but also spearheaded major milestones projects like the BPA Heights I & II, demonstrating his versatility, result-orientation, and unwavering integrity.

Max’s leadership style is characterized by inspiration, motivation, and empathy, qualities that have not only fostered a conducive work environment but also propelled his teams towards exceptional performances. His alma mater, Mfantsipim School laid the foundation for his academic excellence, complemented by his Commonwealth Executive Master of Business Administration degree and Bachelor of Science degree in Building Technology from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
